Dance Contracts

White Bear Lake High School - Prom Contract 2025 for all non-WBLAHS guests

• Printed guest contract forms can be found outside the Activities Office.
• The dance contract form must be completed and can be turned in to the Activities Office by Thursday, May 1.
• No guests will be allowed to attend the dance without this completed form turned in and okayed by event advisers.

Dance Ticket sales close at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30.

• Visit the Activities page of the website.
• Click on Ticketing/Passes. 
• Scroll to find the Prom Dance Tickets event.
• Click the "Have a Passcode" option.
• Enter your 9-number to choose ONE of the following options:
  • Single Ticket purchase: $35 for WBLAHS Junior or Senior. Enter all information for person attending the dance.
  • Couples Ticket purchase: $70 for two tickets. Enter all information for both people attending the dance.
• Be sure to complete the process by checking out and making the payment.

• Each student will need to purchase one ticket for themselves and one ticket for their guest, if applicable.  Guests are defined as anyone NOT currently a WBLAHS Junior or Senior.  These guests will be unable to purchase their own ticket. 

Location and Time

This year’s prom will take place from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. at JX Event Venue in Stillwater. Attendees will need to check in with their school or government issued photo ID as well as pass a breathalyzer test.  

Parking

The Stillwater Public Parking Garage is located at 200 2nd St N, Stillwater, MN 55082, directly across the street from the event center entrance. 

• Attendees must be in ninth grade or older. Middle school students are not able to attend.
• Students may bring only one guest each.
• All students and guests will need to provide a photo ID and pass a breathalyzer test for entrance.
• Bags will need to be checked at the door.
