Baking Basics

Baking Basics provides a hands-on opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of food production, cooking methods, baking, and food safety. This is a course for students embarking on a culinary career or those who have a passion for the art of cooking. Students typically will cook three recipes per week throughout the trimester.
