Explore the relationship between people and food! Students in this course will study the interconnectedness of food and culture in the US and across the globe. In culinary labs, students will prepare dishes of agricultural, traditional, and societal significance for each region and country explored in class. Students will leave this class understanding that all countries are dependent on one another, and connected to one another through our food supply and food choices.
