Introduction to Exercise Science A/B HPER 1205

This course is designed to take a broad-based look at the field of exercise science. We will explore the historical and philosophical foundations of the field of exercise science, and look into career exploration that surrounds this field of study. It is designed to introduce students to all aspects of exercise science and what students can do within this field. (College credit earned through Anoka Ramsey Community College)
