Introduction to Woodworking

This course is designed to teach students basic woodworking practices. Areas related to these practices include safety, proper hand tool and machine use, measuring, joinery, project design, and finishing through hands-on learning activities. Students will build projects that they will take home upon completion.

There may be a cost of materials fee for any take-home assignment.

College credit may be available through Hennepin Technical College.
