Kinesiology

This course will offer an in-depth study for students who have an interest in the bones and muscles of the human body and how they are involved in movement. Kinesiology is a multi disciplined class which will combine biological sciences, medical science, health and physical education. Topics that will be integrated throughout this class will include medical terminology, sports injuries, injury prevention and exploration of medical careers. This course may be of particular interest to students who wish to pursue a career in healthcare.
