Registration

All registration will take place online.

1. Go to StudentVUE or ParentVUE.
2. Click on the calendar icon for COURSE REQUESTS
3. Click on the “click here to change course requests” button
4. Search courses by course number or scroll through the list
5. Click the Plus (+) icon to add the course to your requests
6. Click the Asterisk (*) icon to add the course to alternates
7. Course selections must total 7.5 credits and will be saved automatically. Selections can be edited anytime during the registration window.
8. You must request 4 alternate classes.

Classes are formed, schedules created, and staff hired and assigned on the basis of student registration. Once this process is completed, schedule changes are discouraged, and in many cases, not possible.

Examples of “acceptable” schedule changes include:

• Inappropriate course placement
• Course prerequisites have not been met
• Course has been taken and cannot be repeated for credit
• Special circumstances as determined by an administrator.
• Students whose requests fall within these guidelines have the first three days of the trimester to request a schedule change with their counselor.

Please be aware that changing your schedule may have an unwanted impact on your transcript. If a course is dropped within the first three days of the trimester, it is dropped with no record.

Courses dropped on days four through six of the trimester are dropped with a “W” (withdrawn will not reduce the GPA). In most cases, if a course is dropped on day seven or after the start of a new trimester, an “NC” (No Credit) will be recorded on the transcript.
